Supporting Basic Life Essentials and Enhancing Community Stability. A healthy and sound society cannot be built without meeting the basic human needs of the population, especially the most vulnerable groups such as poor families, orphans, displaced persons, people with special needs, and the elderly.  Re-establishing stability also begins with rehabilitating damaged infrastructure and homes, and providing sustainable energy sources to ensure a minimum standard of decent living.
